Recently, the first national cotton-trading center of Anhui Province is all set for its launch in the capital city of Hefei.
This center will provide nationwide cotton-related enterprises with several services, including cotton electronic trading, storage logistics, and so on. A cotton electronic trading platform will also be established here.
The trading center is a modern cotton wholesale market, jointly built by Shenzhen Agricultural Products Co Ltd, Cotton Storage Information Center, a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Cotton Reserves Management Corporation, and Anhui Cotton & Linen Co, Ltd, owned by Supply and Marketing cooperative.
Total investment of the project is expected to be 50 million yuan, with 10 million yuan released for the first phase.
