Cotton futures contract 1005 at Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange (CZCE) opened at 16,060 Yuan / ton and closed at 16,110 Yuan / ton on Monday, rising by 155 Yuan / ton from the closing on January 8.
Analysts aver that, Chinese textile exports showed a substantial increase in December 2009, which will have an impact on Zhengzhou cotton prices, but at the same time they say that decline space of Zhengzhou cotton price will be limited, as domestic spot price moves smoothly.
