The Los Angeles-based denimwear specialist Genetic has signed up English model and actress Liberty Ross to create an entirely denim made six-piece capsule collection.

A mixture of LA’s signature 1980’s roller disco-inspired prints and the 1990’s London’s grunge styles, the tailored line features ensembles that can be worn as day and evening wear.

The collection includes a disco-print jacket, an overall denim dress, a geometric print suit and a couple of skinny jeans, both in light and solid shades of charcoal with plaid accents at the knee and gold embellishments.

According to Vogue.com, the Genetic X Liberty Ross collection is slated to be available exclusively on the luxury online retailer Net-A-Porter.com from August 22, 2014 onwards.

Launched in 2007, the Genetic brand is known for its use of soft fabrics, flattering silhouettes and incredible fit.

An acclaimed fashion model, the London-based Liberty Ross has appeared on publications like Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, i-D, and Dazed & Confused.

Founded in 2000, Net-a-Porter offers a range of latest women’s designer clothing and accessories from over 350 international labels.
