The Tata Group plans to make investments worth ₹3,500 crore in their e-commerce concern Tata Cliq and have raised the authorised share capital of the company from ₹1,500 crore to ₹5,000 crore. In its latest regulatory submission to the Registrar of Companies, Tata UniStore Ltd, which owns Tata Cliq, mentioned the help by the board of administrators in this.
The paid-up share capital of Tata UniStore is ₹1,203.12 crore as per the filings. The firm has additionally elevated its borrowing restrict to ₹490 crore.
