Stitch Fix, an online personal styling service, will open a distribution centre in Lithia Springs, creating over 900 jobs in the next few years, Brian P Kemp, governor of the US state of Georgia, announced recently. “I look forward to many years of close collaboration with company leaders as they establish roots in metro-Atlanta and West Georgia," he said.

“As we expand into Atlanta, we’re excited to create job opportunities for the community and deliver a consistently great experience for our clients and growth for our business," a press release from the governor’s office quoted Minesh Shah, vice president of operations at Stitch Fix, as saying.

Stitch Fix was founded in 2011 by its chief executive officer Katrina Lake. (DS)
