The data showed that the satisfaction rate sub-index reached 101.2 in July, rising 1.5 points, while the logistics timeliness sub-index grew for seven consecutive months, up 0.3 points from June. Conversely, the sub-index monitoring logistics volume in July slightly dropped by 0.8 points to 121.8.
The decline in July has been attributed to the cessation of e-commerce sales promotion activities that were initiated in June, according to a statement from the organisation. The e-commerce logistics index, compiled using data from JD.com, has its baseline set at 100 points.
