The sub-index representing customer satisfaction observed a small ascension, positioning itself at 101.3 points in August, which is a 0.1-point increment compared to July's data. Impressively, this marks the third month in a row where a growth trend has been sustained.

Conversely, the August logistics volume sub-index witnessed a slight dip, falling 0.4 points from July to stand at 121.4 points.
