Spain's business turnover index up 1.1% in July 2023

Among the four sectors analysed, none displayed negative monthly growth rates, with the trade sector leading with a *.* per cent increase.

Despite this monthly boost, the annual comparison was less optimistic. After seasonal and calendar adjustments, the total business turnover index in July **** saw a decrease of *.* per cent compared to the same month in the previous year. This annual rate is, however, *.* points higher than what was registered in June, as per the National Statistics Institute.
