Turkiye’s gross domestic product (GDP) with chain-linked volume index increased by 3.7 per cent year on year (YoY) in the third quarter (Q3) this year, according to official statistics.

The value added increased by 6.5 per cent in the industrial sector.

Seasonally- and calendar-adjusted GDP increased by 1.1 per cent quarter on quarter in Q3 2025. Calendar-adjusted GDP increased by 3.4 per cent YoY in Q3 2025.

The GDP was $432.88 billion in the quarter, a Turkish Statistical Institute (Turkstat) release said.

Final consumption expenditure of resident households increased by 4.8 per cent YoY, government final consumption expenditure increased by 0.8 per cent YoY and gross fixed capital formation increased by 11.7 per cent YoY in the quarter in the chain-linked volume index.

Exports of goods and services decreased by 0.7 per cent YoY in the quarter, while such imports increased by 4.3 per cent YoY.
