The Uzbekistan Textile and Garment Industry Association and Germany’s Textima Export Import GmbH recently signed an agreement in Tashkent to jointly set up a technology school to train sector specialists from both sides.

The city hosted the ‘Textile Technology Days: Finishing, Laboratory, Sewing’ symposium, which was attended by seven leading European textile equipment manufacturers.
