The EU Chemical Industry Bureau, which is in charge of REACH rules (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restrictions of Chemicals) will start its full operations in Helsinki, Finland, from June 2008.
The REACH rules, like many industries, are going to affect textile industry.
Thus, Chinese Government has decided to send some officials to set up office in Helsinki and they will call on the principals of EU Chemical Industry Bureau and the raw-materials importers of Finland.
