Building on their motto of beauty + performance, each Brentano collection offers textiles that range from high-end residential to incredibly durable contract fabrics. With Back to Basics, Brentano rolls out their most high-performance textiles to date that utilize antibacterial, solvent resistant, GreenShield, and Teflon finishes, as well as providing wearability up to 250,000 double rubs (Wyzenbeek).
With its large-scale, architectural pattern and 5 masculine colorways, Schematic is perfect for offices seeking a graphic pattern while requiring durability. This tailored, high-performance upholstery is 100% solution-dyed nylon, meaning it is bleach cleanable.
It also has a GreenShield finish which increases moisture resistance and prevents stains in a more eco-friendly manner than other treatments. While the heathered ground gives it a soft look, Schematic passes 250,000 double rubs (Wyzenbeek).
Founded in 1990 by Design Director Iris Wang and her husband, President E-Kwan Chen, Brentano has grown from a modest beginning of eight patterns to an internationally represented textile house.
