China's output of fabrics reached 5.311 billion meters in November 2009 according to the National Bureau of Statistics, up 17.7 percent year on year, but a decline of 2.77 percent from the previous month.
From January to November of 2009, the cumulative production of fabrics touched 51.336 billion meters, against 52.772 billion meters in 2008, up 4.4 percent year on year.
