Anjani Fabrics Ltd has informed that the Company proposes to acquire one processing unit viz, Balhanuman Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to this effect has been signed. After acquiring this processing unit the total production capacity of the Company will increase nearly 2.4 million Meter per annum in addition to the existing capacity.
