Tulip en TDIH worked together on the E-Go project with companies like Inclosia Solutions, a business unit of the Dow Chemical Company, Van Berlo Studio's and Marcel van Galen Design.

To accelerate further developments in this niche market a new company E-Go BV has been founded in which TDIH (20 percent), Tulip Computers (26 percent) and private investors have joined efforts.

For Tulip Computers the introduction of the E-Go lifestyle notebook means, besides return on the investment of the participation in E-Go BV, that a further enhancement of the strategy to acquire income from licensees which coincide with worldwide sales of products and services under a brand which is owned by Tulip Computers.

One of the key objectives for TDIH is to become a leading player in this design niche market. Therefore, TDIH has developed the first personalised lifestyle computer, called 'E-Go'. E-Go is a design notebook, with a unique form factor and interchangeable covers.
