Shenzhen city, one of the biggest clothing production bases of China, is soon going to upgrade its own brands to become globally fashionable.
The concerned Government department issued some instructions in order to support the clothing industry and to breed transnational clothing enterprises.
Experts have suggested that Shenzhen clothing industry should pay attention to train the clothing designers with international level and fully utilise the local industry's chain.
The government plans to shape several international clothing brands with independence intelligence right by 2010.
