Everyone wants to enter into women's world of fashion accessories. Luggage supplier Tumi, known for sturdy ballistic nylon suitcases and laptop bags, is no exception and is unveiling three new Spring collections - Signature, Elements and Vista to hit stores in January 2007.
Tumi's Women's collections will have as its head Malia Schooler, who designed handbags for Botkier and oversaw the launch of Cole Haan's G-Series line.
Tumi's metal hardware and other signature details like pattern on the laptop bags' interior bubble pack, have been given a new oval shape to further enhance the femininity factor.
Prices will range from $50 for a leather card case to $350 for a handbag to $695 for a 26-inch wheeled suitcase from the Signature collection.
The Fall 2007 collections will also feature a brand new series of practical but stylish handbags and wallets in three types of leather, including pebbled skins, a smattering of high-shine polished leather, and possibly even patent.
