Two day regional workshop is being held in Accra from August 9, 2006 to enhance the exports ties between West African apparel, home decorations and fashion accessories producers and the US under the umbrella of US African Growth and Opportunities Act (AGOA).
The workshop is organised by US office of Trade Representative and US Agency for International Development to provide the thorough training and market information to the West African entrepreneurs willing to expand their exports to US.
The workshop among others includes presentations by the US experts in specific sectors and a fashion show to showcase the developing apparel and fashion industry.
