Italian TV channel to showcase creations of Minh Hanh

Dang Thi Minh Hanh is a leading fashion designer in Vietnam's fashion industry. She is also the Director of the Vietnam Fashion Design Institute (FADIN) in Ho Chi Minh City. She makes her designs unique by mixing traditional designs with modern clothing.
She received invitation from Italian national television Rai to present her collection of 'Ao dai', country's traditional dress, on a special show to be screened on Christmas Eve.
Hanh will present her Dragon and Butterfly collection, which were greatly admired in the Spring Festival in Rome held in June 2006.
The collection is a mix of classical European and ancient Asian styles and will be worn by 10 Italian models.
