World Economic Forum's annual meet, which began in Davos yesterday has fashion designer Manish Malhotra showing off his India-inspired collection this year.
The congregation will have over 2,000 leaders from business, politics, academia, media and society at the World Economic Forum's annual meet, which will end on January 28.
'The Shifting Power Equation' will be the theme this year.
Rajasthani prints and embroideries digitally reproduced along with sarees and traditional lehengas in contemporary styles will grace his resort wear collection, informed Manish from Davos.
Manish has completed his Bollywood projects and has decided not to partake in any fashion weeks this year, whether it is FDCI in Delhi or Lakme week in Mumbai.
His priority will be his signature stores in Dubai and Mumbai and wants to concentrate on production of his clothes.
He will be doing the Davos show as it is an exclusive show.
