The range titled 'Seascapes' was inspired by the beauty of coral reefs and their magnificent vision from under the sea. The darting fish through the seascape as well as the underwater plant and animal life sparkling with the light reflected by the sun, gave the stylish direction to the designer.
Delicate yet structured, with long hemlines and clinched waists for a uniform shape, the silhouettes consisted of gowns and dresses that made their way on the ramp in fabrics such as georgette, jersey, lace and net.
The colour palette comprised vibrant hues like flamingo pink; rust kissed red, raw hot orange as well as softer tones of beige.
To add some summer fun, the designer worked with glistening beads, gold stones, tubes, as well as neon accents and sequins for a sassy appeal while pleats, quilting and gathers catered to a soft summer breezy look.
The showstopper Kristina, star of “Yamla Pagla Deewana” sequel looked simply ravishing as she walked the ramp in a gorgeous layered gown in a delightful concoction of pink meets beige, which was accentuated by crystal-like beadwork along with floral lace.
Fresh, flirty and flamboyant with a touch of innocence, Ritika Bharwani’s collection was a charming offering any young femme fatale would love to indulge in.
