Shikha & Vinita show flirty-glam look fashion at LFW

The collection which incorporated grunge, New Age elements brought together feminine flow onto lightly structured outfits for a flirty-glam look.

Working with handmade textures such as wild fabric weaves, peek-a-boo cut outs, textures and intricate design, the garments were further embellished with sequins, studs and stitch-work for a classy yet bold appeal.

Working with modern silhouettes comprising dresses, jackets, trousers, long tops as well as a sari, the designers used motifs inspired by nature, mushrooms in particular; each piece had an earthy vibe infused with an industrial edge for a striking contrast which evoked a sense of “experimental meets daywear”.

In colours such as blush pink, charcoal, midnight blue, white and mint green, each piece was crafted in modern yet timeless fabrics such as sheer mesh, georgettes and suiting materials.

Pixie-like, modern and with an old world charm, ‘That Mushroom’ by Shikha Grover and Vinita Adhikari for their Ilk label, is sure to stun one and all.
