Through these annual exhibitions, the IMC Ladies Wing provided the upcoming women entrepreneurs a valuable market exposure, publicity, and an opportunity to showcase their creative talents and entrepreneurial skills by instilling a robust confidence that high quality products always commanded assured market in the world.
Essentially a not-for-profit endeavour, the Ladies Wing bore all expenses of the exhibition from its own resources and from nominal contributions received from individuals.
Any financial surpluses and sponsorship supports received for the exhibition would exclusively be utilized for funding charitable causes and on projects focussing on the economic development and empowerment of women and girl children through education, vocational training or guidance cells.
