Powerful brands slated to show at SELECT, FOCUS & TRANSIT

SELECT Tradeshow, FOCUS Apparel & Accessories Show and TRANSIT LA Shoe Show will take place during Fall 2011 Los Angeles Fashion Market (LA Fashion Market) Monday – Thursday, March 14-17, 2011 at the California Market Center (CMC).
SELECT Tradeshow will run Monday – Wednesday, March 14-16, 2011 in the Fashion Theater with an expanded selection of contemporary brands.
FOCUS Apparel & Accessories Show and TRANSIT LA Shoe Show will take place Tuesday – Thursday, March 15-17 in the Penthouse (13th floor) providing buyers a one-stop shopping destination for emerging and established apparel, accessories and footwear brands.
Visiting retailers are also invited to daily seminars, 12:00pm runway shows, complimentary hospitality lounges and beauty bar perks throughout the Shows.
“We are very excited for our second SELECT Tradeshow,” said Joanne Lee, Senior Vice President of the CMC. “We have some great new contemporary brands exhibiting with us. The show sold out of space early on and there was a waiting list to get in.”
Confirmed brands exhibiting at SELECT will include Ai for Ai, Azaara, Beagle House NY, Boutique 9, Casting, Daniblack, Gillian Julius, Greenbees, Gorjana, Joan and David, Linea Pelle, Magaschoni Apparel, Minnie Rose, Momo's March, Rough Justice, Sam Edelman, Sophie Monet Jewelry, Twinkle by Wenlan, Whitley Kros, VOOM and Zoa. Retailers visiting SELECT are also invited to a complimentary breakfast sponsored by Urth Caffe Monday and Tuesday in the Urth Caffe Lounge and VitaCoco Drinks, served through out the Show floor.
Upstairs in the Penthouse (13th floor), attendees will able to shop from many of the West Coast's top emerging apparel and accessories brands at FOCUS Apparel & Accessories Show.
Brands like Mon Bijou, Mudan, 2026, Akela Key, Fred Sabatier, Enjoy Paris and Ideal Woman: Necklace will all be returning to the Show. New exhibitors will include Della Design, MB Couture, Mosdece, NellNel, Northern Veils, Temple T's and Zana De Souza to name a few. Additionally, Two Point Oh LA! will be partnering with FOCUS to present a special Bloggers Lounge with daily designer interviews, Fall trend installations and forecasts, streaming video and live Twitter and Facebook updates on their affiliated websites. The Bloggers Lounge will also host a daily happy hour from 4:00-6:00pm and mini makeovers sponsored by POP Beauty for Show attendees.
Buyers looking for a mid-day break are invited to attend runway shows at 12:00pm Tuesday and Wednesday, March 15 and 16 inside FOCUS. The Contemporary Collections Runway Show will feature contemporary brands from the CMC including Miilla, Front Street, Musani Couture and more with complimentary lunches sponsored by The CMC and organic wine served by Frey Wines.
Following this runway show at 2:00pm will be a complimentary retailer seminar presented by WGSN titled “Post-Fashion Week Wrap Up With WGSN.” The presentation will be led by Sally Lohan, Head of Content, Americas for WGSN and will provide retailers with a comprehensive recap of trends seen at Fashion Week.
