Stella McCartney to unveil lingerie line next month

Internationally renowned UK fashion designer Stella McCartney will launch her first lingerie collection ‘Stella’ in August.

The everyday lingerie line will be eco-friendly, comfortable to wear and affordable. It will be available in Stella’s website and in store from next month.

It includes five bra shapes including a plunge version, a moulded underwire, and a seamless and strapless style.

The designer has used bright colours like phython and electric blue as well as normal pink and black for her new innerwear line.

The brasseries come with matching lace and satin knickers.

Well-made lingerie has to fit and function properly, Stella told T magazine.

Stella is known to have a passion for making eco-friendly apparels and her lingerie line will be made from organic cotton as well as some recycled material.

The British designer has used Spanx type panels, which perform in a similar way to supportive knickers, in some of her creations in the past.

Celebrities like Rihanna, Kim Kardashian and Gwyneth Paltrow are known to have patronized Stella’s outfits.
