Using the ‘Roaring 20’s & 30’s’ as its backdrop, and the fashion capital of the world as its runway, the Heights + Kenchi brand makes its stunning debut with a menswear collection by opening the doors of its flagship retail space inspired by the same eras to which its designs pay homage.

“We are a vintage inspired menswear line, designed and interpreted through modern eyes, while keeping the sensibility and craftsmanship of days past. We celebrate the spirit and artistic culture rooted in transformative style and design continuity, with an emphasis on what we call the ‘Romantic Aesthetic’,” quotes Kenchi.

A seasoned veteran in the fashion industry, he brings 15+ years of experience laced with unique innovative designs that are the result of having worked with a stellar dossier of reputable labels and brands. Using the past to inspire, inform and ignite fashion innovation in the present, Luis-Arturo Padilla states, “Our design principle focuses on bringing a combination of artisanship, individuality and personality to menswear.”

“The Standing Room” is located at 207 Clinton Street (between E. Broadway and Henry Street) in New York City’s Lower East Side, described by some as a fashion lover’s hideaway. It currently carries its namesake of branded Heights + Kenchi ready to wear dress shirts, custom men's dress shirts and accessories that reflect an unprecedented commitment to quality and individual expression.
