The event will feature over 50 separate shows over three days, Friday 12 to Sunday 14 April. These pop-up ‘fashion shows’ will stop shoppers in their tracks with their engaging style as they show-off the very best of the Spring/ Summer trends.
Each retailer participating in the fashion flashmob will have their clothes/footwear modeled by the dancers during the show, which will be clearly branded.
Directly after each five minute performance, a limited amount of exclusive envelopes containing numbers will be handed out to watching customers giving them the chance to win an instant prize back in-store. The customers will be invited to follow the dancers in-store to find out who has the one winning number, which will be displayed behind the retailer’s till.
The prize draws will take place at different retailers throughout Manchester Arndale over the three days and selected ‘flash sale’ discounts will also apply in some stores for one hour only after the dance performance. Shoppers can follow the dancers around the centre by following the performance timetable which will be on view throughout the event.
One of the prime locations to view the fashion flashmob with be on a revolving stage in Exchange Court within the shopping centre.
The latest hair and new spring make-up ranges will also be available to view and try out at in the ‘pop-up salon’ in Halle Square with staff on hand to offer styling tips and mini-makeovers. Keep an eye on the website and our social media channels for more information.
