Karen Millen, the Ireland-based women's designer clothing brand that specializes in tailoring, coats and evening wear, has unveiled its autumn-winter 2011 collection at its flagship store in Dublin.

The winter and party wear collections included '60s nostalgia, '70s New York and various textures, ruffles and draping. The Christmas party wear will be in stores next month.

The winter daywear range included heavy wool plaid cardigan coats, sleek camel day dresses and military double-breasted styles.

Although Karen Millen is basically known for structured coats and dresses, this season's collection had more jeans.

Karen Millen produces 12 collections each season covering day, work, occasion and weekend wear. Uniqueness about the brand is that all the things that go into making of the collections are designed in-house.

The Karen Millen brand is celebrating its 30th birthday this season with a birthday collection of 30 lifestyle accessories. Karen Millen stores are found throughout the Republic of Ireland, the United Kingdom, Austria, Denmark, the US, and several other European countries.
