Abaya Dake, an emerging fashion designer from Ghana, has launched a new collection named 'Sankofa'.
Sankofa is a word in Akan language of Ghana, which roughly translates to “go back and get it”.
Abaya is a product of the Vogue style school of Fashion and Design in Ghana. At present, he is acquiring advance creative and design skills at the Lindenwood University in Missouri, US.
The upcoming talent has mastered the technique of using prints in his designs.
The new elegant collection has minimum prints on white, red, turquoise blue, cream and orange backgrounds.
