Fashion loving ardent tennis fans will now have a rare opportunity to mix fashion with their favourite game as the official online souvenir maker of the forthcoming French Open has introduced a new line of clothing featuring the names of Scottish towns.

Loosely inspired by the current Scottish tennis champ Andy Murray, the ensembles are being named after various cities of Scotland, including Bellshill, Clydebank, Carluke, Alloa and Alva.

Launched by the Manchester-based sportswear retailer Kitbag, the line includes Alva polo shirts, Armadale T-shirts and Alloway hoodies for men and pink Clydebank tennis skirts, Coalburn shorts and red Callander trousers for women.

The line also features white Hawick vests, Haddington cardigans, Houston skirts and Harthill T-shirts for children as well as accessories like Millport scarves and Langholm Skip hats.

Kitbag operates the official Roland Garros web outlet under a licence from the French Open organisers.
