All well-known fashion brands like Levis, Adidas, Wrangler and Reebok are available in the Tibetan refugee markets of Assam.
Tarpaulin-roofed bazaars run by Tibetan immigrants sell all famous fake brands and are popular among college-going teenagers and young fashion lovers.
In these markets accessories like shoes, handbags and belts apart from apparel are also available.
One shop owner informed that their target market is youth who generally prefers style instead of original brands.
