Gateway
Bershka founded in 1998 is a specialist in fashion for women aged 15 to 27.

It has previously represented in fashion hotspots Milan, Barcelona, Paris and Amsterdam.

With the opening of the Transport Interchange at Shudehill and opening of a new entrance to the Arndale via Withy Grove, one can expect this to become fashion gateway to the centre.

Jon Weymouth, development director for Prudential Property Investment Managers, said, "Manchester Arndale is really taking shape and we're very close to achieving our aim of ensuring that the centre offers world-class shopping facilities."

With the fractional pulling down of the northern part of the centre, as well as the old bus station, work on Arndale's redevelopment began in September 2003.
