'Alannah Hill' fantastic fashion visual feast

A remarkable skit of raw cover-version of 'Black Betty' was performed by Tom Jones at the grand opening of Alannah Hill show sporting the first garments to take to the runway.

Alannah's devoted staff were present here, alongwith the media, guests and personalities.

Models carried huge bouquets of helium balloons with matching thick ribbons – aptly synchronized with their outfits.

The fragile lace, white sunshade, stockings with diamantes along the back seam and petite lace gloves gave the collection a French romantic look.

Models hastily held dolls, either by their feet or hair, which wore outfits to match their holder.

There were little bend amongst the pale pink 20s flapper gear, soft ruffles and frilly French trousers.

Change came with an exquisitely beaded skirt of flowing rows of green leaves along the hem.

A bright red long-sleeved bolero dazzled on the runway – its long beaded decoration moving from side to side with every bold walk.

Lengthy floral tea gowns were accessorized with bright over-sized flower headdresses, sashes and bags in full bloom.

A few outfits looked as though they had spent the day in a spring garden as flowers followed along and from the edging.

At the end of the show, the audience was held spellbound not only by the zealous collection but also by the buttress and gimmicks.

All in all it was significantly cherished and prepared for a superb visual feast.
