Promising 12 months of glamour and visual appeal, the Kingfisher Swimsuit Special 2011 is a rare combination of beauty, luxury and fashion. Only a select few in 54 nations worldwide will receive a copy of this much-coveted calendar directly from the desk of the Chairman of the UB Group.
The six stunning models who will adorn the pages of the Kingfisher Swimsuit Special for the 2011 edition are Lisa Haydon, Fiona Thomas, Charlotte Lohmann, Liza Golden and Anjali Lavania with the sixth beauty being the winner of 'The Hunt for the Calendar girl ' aired on NDTV Good Times. Styled by Nupur Mehta Puri with make up by Kapil Bhalla and hair styling by Daniel Bauer, the 9th edition of the calendar has been visualised and shot by none other than ace photographer Atul Kasbekar.
Le Touessrok is one of the world's great romantic resorts. Sensuous and chic, it is the essence of cool, modern elegance basking in the cultural warmth of tropical Mauritius. The resort is set on a beautiful stretch of white-sand coastline overlooking the tranquil Trou d'Eau Douce bay. An oasis of peace and tranquility, Mauritius's picturesque landscape offered an ideal setting for star fashion photographer Atul Kasbekar. This is the second time that Mauritius has been associated with the Kingfisher Swimsuit Special, the first being eight years ago, for the maiden shoot of the calendar.
