FJ Benjamin, the Singapore fashion retailer is going ahead with plans to expand its operations of clothing label RAOUL to Middle East markets under a franchise agreement.
Through Apparel LLC, a Dubai based retailer, nine RAOUL stores which offer men's clothing will be opened by 2009 in Dubai, Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar.
FJ Benjamin will sell RAOUL clothing label under a franchise with a third party retailer for the first time, the company informed.
Douglas Benjamin, Chief Executive of FJ Benjamin considers Apparel LLC as a company having wide network of stores with a sound business record.
Apparel LLC runs a chain of stores which sells popular labels including Bally shoewear and Tommy Hilfiger clothing.
FJ Benjamin informed that popular US clothing brands, Gap and Banana Republic will be brought to Singapore and Malaysia, under an agreement inked with them in the previous month.
