International lifestyle brand Esprit has again provided evidence of its social responsibility by donating over 20,000 euro to the Regenbogenland Children's Hospice in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Children's hospices such as the Regenbogenland in Düsseldorf are places of peace and rest for seriously ill children and their families. The children's hospice is somewhere to live, dine, spend a night and play, but it also provides the best possible medical care.

By making this donation, Esprit is supporting the human and social commitment of this exceptional project. “There are people who need help on our own doorsteps, not just in far-off countries. Our own neighbour could be someone who needs our help. We have a tremendous amount of respect for initiatives such as the Regenbogenland,” says Heinz Krogner, Deputy Chairman and Group CEO Esprit.

Leading youthful fashion brand Esprit wishes the Regenbogenland every success with the realisation of its projects, and hopes that the general public will learn more about this facility – which is totally reliant on voluntary donations.

In 1968 in San Francisco - Susie and Doug Tompkins started selling Esprit clothes out of the back of their station waggon.
