Mayur Leather Products Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company which is scheduled to be held on May 25th 2006, inter alia, for considering, financial results of the company for the year 2005-2006 and recommendation of dividend for the year, has been postponed due to some unforeseen circumstances.
The Board meeting will now be held on May 31st 2006.
