Elizabeth Arden Inc believes that the lawsuit filed by The Stephan Co is entirely without merit. In fact, the US Trademark Office granted Elizabeth Arden a registration for the PROVOCATIVE INTERLUDE name and will fully assert its legal rights in this matter.
