Blue Holdings Inc, a designer, manufacturer and distributor of high-end fashion jeans and denim apparel, announced that on Tuesday, August 8, 2006, after the close of the trading day, the company will release financial results for the three months ended June 30, 2006.
The company also said that Chairman and CEO, Paul Guez, and CFO, Patrick Chow will host an investor conference call that same day, at 4:30 pm Eastern Daylight Time.
The call will be open to all interested investors through a live audio Web broadcast via the Internet at www.earnings.com and at www.blueholdings.com.
