We believe that both Sally and consumer products have substantial growth potential and that separating the two businesses will enhance the growth prospects of each." Also announced today, the Company's board of directors approved the regular 13 cent quarterly cash dividend. The dividend will be paid on August 18, 2006 to shareholders of record on August 7, 2006.
