IMG's Olympus Spring 2007 Collections add 'UPS Hub'

With Olympus Fashion Week kicking off Friday, September 8th, IMG Fashion announces its record-breaking lineup of 80 designers showing their Spring 2007 Collections.
The runway shows in the iconic Bryant Park Tents will take place in four venues, including The Tent, The Promenade, The Atelier and UPS Delivering Fashion's Future initiative's 'UPS Hub.'
“We couldn't be more excited about the record breaking number of shows,” said Fern Mallis, Vice-President of IMG Fashion. “There are so many talented designers from around the world coming together in The Tents.”
IMG Fashion, through its partnership with IMG Media, will produce and distribute designer highlights and features via a network of domestic and international new media carriers. In the US full coverage of the Spring 2007 collections will be available on MSN Video and Cingular cell phones.
Internationally, designers will be featured on carriers such as Sina in China, Tiscali in Italy, Terra US Hispanic and Latin America and M6Web in France.
For the Spring 2007 collections, The Tents has added a fourth venue in brown thanks to their 'UPS Delivering Fashion's Future” initiative.
UPS has generously underwritten the cost of construction for the UPS Hub and the venue rental fees for the ten selected designers. Who this season are: Toni Maticevski, Verrier, Sabyasachi, Terexov, Brian Reyes, Sari Gueron, Michon Schur, Alice Ritter, Vena Cava, and Erin Fetherston.
