Lifetime Brands Inc, a leading designer, developer and marketer of nationally branded consumer products used in the home, will release its third-quarter results before the market opens on Monday, November 6, 2006.
The Company has scheduled a conference call for 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the same day.

Separately, the Company announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.0625 per share, payable on November 17, 2006 to shareholders of record on November 3, 2006.
