Grady to establish Wolverine portfolio of lifestyle brands

Wolverine World Wide announced the appointment of Kenneth A. Grady to the position of General Counsel and Secretary. Ken will report directly to Stephen L. Gulis Jr., Executive Vice President and CFO of the Company. He replaces James D. Zwiers, who has been appointed President of Hush Puppies U.S., as previously announced.
Ken joins Wolverine World Wide having most recently led the firm of K.A. Grady PC in North Andover, Mass. Ken has previously served as General Counsel and Secretary for KB Toys, Inc., held in-house counsel and operational positions at Payless ShoeSource, Inc. and HNI Corporation, and was a partner with the law firm McDermott, Will & Emery.
Commenting on the appointment, Stephen L. Gulis Jr. said, "Ken brings a wide range of valuable experience to Wolverine, having served as both in-house and outside counsel during his career."
