Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share on Polo Ralph Lauren common stock.
The dividend is payable on January 12, 2007 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 29, 2006.
