FGX International Holdings Limited announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its ordinary shares.
The majority of the shares to be sold in the offering are to be sold by the company. Certain selling shareholders are also participating in the offering.
FGX International Holdings Limited is a Berggruen Holdings portfolio company. Deutsche Bank Securities and Wachovia Securities will act as joint book running managers.
