The Warnaco Group Inc announced the resignation of Roger Williams as Group President, Swimwear, citing personal reasons. The Company has initiated a search for a new Group President, Swimwear.
Until a new Group President is appointed, Sherry Waterson, President of Speedo, and Paula Schneider, President of Designer Swimwear, will report directly to Joe Gromek, Warnaco's President and CEO.
Mr. Gromek said, "We thank Roger for his efforts and contributions to our Swimwear Group during the last four and a half years and wish him all the best in his future endeavors."
