Beluk to lead internal audit function for apparel marketer Kellwood

Stephen R. Beluk, Jr. has been named vice president of internal audit for Kellwood Company, according to W. Lee Capps, III, Kellwood chief operating officer and chief financial officer.
In his new role, Beluk will lead the internal audit function and be responsible for establishing and executing comprehensive audit plans for the Company.
"I am pleased to have someone of Stephen's experience and depth of knowledge join Kellwood. He is a top accounting and audit professional who will carry on the high standards set for our internal audit team," said Capps.
Beluk's career in the auditing field spans over 30 years. He most recently served as partner at RubinBrown, LLP where he was vice chair of the firm's internal audit services group. Before that, Beluk worked for Arthur Andersen, LLP as principal of business process risk consulting.
He also spent several years at Anheuser-Busch Companies Inc in a variety of internal audit roles including general auditor, director of internal audit for the bread division, and manager of construction audit.
Based in St. Louis, Beluk reports to Capps and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
