Iconix Brand Group Inc announced that management will be presenting at a lender's conference in New York City on Thursday, April 12, 2007 in connection with the syndication of the term loan facility recently entered into between the Company and Lehman Brothers Inc in the aggregate principal amount of $212,500,000.
The presentation materials will be posted at the Company's web site in advance of the conference.
