K2 Inc, a premier, branded consumer products company announced that on Wednesday, April 25, 2007, after the close of the trading day, the Company will release results for the three months ended March 31, 2007.
The Company also said that Executive Chairman of the Board, Richard J. Heckmann, President and Chief Executive Officer, Wayne Merck, and Chief Financial Officer, Dudley W. Mendenhall will host an investor conference call that same day, at 4:30 p.m. ET.
The call will be open to all interested investors through a live audio Web broadcast via the Internet at company's website. For those who are not available to listen to the live broadcast, the call will be archived.
