De Beers, world's top diamond producer, is reorganizing almost all its Diamdel offices at Israel, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
Diambel, a subsidiary of De Beers, which supplies rough diamonds primarily to small and medium sized enterprises would be restructured to boost efficiency of the group.
The company has opened a 30-day consultation period with the staff of Diamdel.
